  • The Cambodian People's Party (CPP) arbitrarily detains opposition activists and has banned the Cambodia national rescue party (cnrp), its main opposition.

  • Prime Minister Hun Sen has used COVID-19 to suppress freedom of expression, association, and assembly. 

  • Cambodia’s anti-drug campaign tortures those sent to drug detention centers.
