Interview with Ho Van Tay, Vietnamese photographer Ho Van Tay, 76 years old, was a former cameraman who filmed S-21 prison on January 10, 1979 along with his comrade, Dinh Fong. He currently resides in Bin Tanh District, Ho Chi Minh, Viet Nam. The interview was conducted in Vietnamese language by Dany Long, Team Leader of the Promoting Accountability Project at the Documentation Center of Cambodia. Voice recording in Khmer by Chy Terith.
